Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost and estimated delivery time depend on your location. Free domestic (USA) shipping on all purchases. Free international shipping on all purchases over $80.

• International Shipping: 4-15 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high volume of orders.

Order Tracking

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. dinamoussa.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

In the event of tax refusal, kindly note that UPS will proceed to discard the package, and unfortunately we won't be able to offer a refund because the package will not return back to us. Please also be aware that if UPS chooses to dispose of a package after delivery attempts, dinamoussa.com cannot intervene to retrieve it from UPS storage. 

If a package is refused & returned back to us, the cost of the return shipping/import fee and any additional fees will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. 

Damages

dinamoussa.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
